Katie Gleboff, Manager, Training & Programs with RPR. Katie received her BA from Florida State University in 2003. Prior to joining RPR in 2016; her career in Real Estate began in 2004 when she worked in Membership and Professional Standards at a local Realtor Association in Clearwater, FL. Over the last decade, Katie has been an MLS Manager, a MLS Training Manager and a Technology Trainer for a private Brokerage. Katie has extensive background in several MLS systems, public record systems, CMA & statistical programs, CRM and back end office platforms, mobile devices, apps and both Windows & Mac operating systems. Katie has worked closely with the testing, development and launches of various programs. Katie is excited to share and teach RPR to Realtors across the US. Katie calls Palm Harbor, FL home, where she lives with her husband and 2 adorable boys.
Jo Teeter
Training Manager @RPR
Jo began her career in real estate in 1997 successfully selling real estate in Iowa.  She quickly rose to the top of her game after completing several designations but the love of learning and ultimately training took over after she moved to Arizona.  She worked for several brokerages, training agents and recruiting.  Jo was a trainer for the local MLS for 5 years.  She joined RPR in 2015 as their Training Manager. She really enjoys showing agents how to make more money in their business with this amazing tool.
